Hi lovers, remember us?! Kiko and Emily are back after a summer sabbatical – with reflections to share, of course! Kiko opens up about their summer journey of deeper self-acceptance and belonging through a contemplation and embodiment of gender expression, culminating in an important new hairstyle (center part). They admit they cry easily and that they find crying both powerful and very funny. Emily shares about a traumatic experience and what her healing process has looked like physically, emotionally, and spiritually, navigating numbness and feeling again. Kiko advocates for the psychedelics as a healing modality, Emily guides us through a cosmic breakup, and both decide journaling your way into healing is difficult, and loving yourself more is always possible ;)
